 Return & Exchange Policy

1 In this Act,

Note: On a day to be named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor, section 1 of the Act is amended by adding the following definition: (See: 2020, c. 14, Sched. 3, s. 1)

“administrative penalty” means an administrative penalty imposed under section 104.0.1; (“pénalité administrative”)

The deadline for exchangingis 14 days.

14 days is the absolute minimum cooling-off period that a seller must give you. Make sure you check the terms and conditions in case they've given you more time to change your mind .

- The product will only be exchanged if it is in accordance with how it left our stock: the product in the original packaging with the manual and all accessories, tags and no signs of misuse.

- To carry out the exchange, the product must be returned to stock, where it will be analyzed by the responsible team who will carry out a sorting process. The deadline for returning information is 4 working days after confirming receipt of the request.

- The product will be analyzed and, if it does not comply with the rules mentioned above, it will be returned without warning;

- The total exchange time may vary according to the region where the product will be collected and delivered or even the day this item was posted at the Post Office;

- If the product is no longer available in our stock, a credit will be generated in the form of a discount coupon, so that you can make a new purchase.

- We advise that the packaging that surrounds the product for transport must be preserved for the return, the product must be protected so that damage does not occur during transport.

- For objects delivered by the postal service, a postage authorization will be generated for the return and for products delivered by carriers, a collection will be requested at the same address where the delivery was made.

*According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer can return the product(s) and receive back the amount they paid or exchange it for another product they prefer and which is in stock. This return can be made within fourteen calendar days (including weekends and holidays) starting from the day following receipt.

FAULT

Attention! It is important to check the packaging and the product(s) when you receive your order.

If your order is delivered by the carrier, check with the delivery person immediately.

This way you guarantee that everything will be in order with what you purchased. If you or the person receiving the package notices a defect in the packaging or product at the time of delivery, you can refuse and make a note on the back of the invoice or proof of delivery explaining what you noticed was strange. After you decline, notify the Customer Service Center team so they can follow up.

If delivery occurs by post and the damage is not apparent on the packaging, the exchange can be requested by email where the order number must be in the subject line and a photo of the product showing the damage in the body.

PRODUCT IN DISAGREEMENT WITH ORDER

Did you receive a product other than what you ordered?

If you notice this at the time of delivery, refuse receipt and make a note on the back of the invoice or proof of delivery explaining the problem. Once you have done this, contact the Support Center.

But if you only notice it after you receive the package, contact the Customer Service Center immediately (and within14 calendar days!).
